Madonna upsets the Roman Catholic church. Again.

After all the Britney bashing and the Cheryl worshipping it’s good to see the Madonna we know and love / hate back in the headlines again. The divorce is so last year apparently as lusty Madge gets back to what she does so well. Offending people.

It appears her latest leg of her Sweet & Sticky tour has upset the locals in Santiago, Chile. That is if retired Roman Catholic Cardinal Jorge Medina is to be believed. Speaking to a congregation at a mass for the late Chilean dictator General Pinochet, who died in 2006 without facing trial for the fate of 3,000 people who died or disappeared during his 1973-1990 rule, the Cardinal said "The atmosphere in our city is pretty agitated because this woman is visiting and with incredibly shameful behaviour provokes a wild and lustful enthusiasm.” He went on "Thoughts of lust, impure thoughts, impure acts, are an offence to God and a dirty stain on our heart."

Bless. Still it’s good to know Madonna still has it in her. Can’t wait till she visits our city. Wild and lustful enthusiasm anyone?
